With the weather being so spectacular this week, we couldn’t resist sharing a few recent photos of our gardens.

The colours, the light — everything feels at its very best right now. It’ll be a real wrench to leave this beauty behind when the time comes.

No buyer just yet, but we know someone will fall in love with it as much as we have. Until then, we’re enjoying every moment.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the end of the bed and breakfast at Ford Farm House. After much thought and reflection, we have decided it is time for us to move on to new chapters in our lives.

We have worked throughout our whole lives in the hospitality sector, and with our home now on the market in the hope of downsizing to better suit our needs, we have decided to put the B&B to bed.

We are deeply grateful for the wonderful guests we've welcomed over the years and for the many special memories created here. Thank you for being part of our journey.

We are pleased to confirm that our self-catering cottage, Robins' Retreat, remains open to guests and is currently unaffected by these changes.

At the moment, we do not have any potential buyers, but in the event of a sale, we would liaise with the new owners regarding the continuation of the self-catering accommodation.

All guests who have booked directly with us this year have already been made aware of our plans to sell.

Our website will be having a makeover in due course to better reflect Ford Farm House simply as a home.

We will also continue to post updates and photos from the garden and around the property on our social media accounts, so do keep an eye out for those.

And of course, you can always take a look at the beautiful view from our country home anytime via our live we**am at fordfarmhouse.com.

It's been a lovely seventeen years living here, but sadly the time has come for us to think about our next steps.

Those who have holidays booked with us will be honoured, and we'll continue to look forward to welcoming guests up until the day we do sell.
