🌟 Did you know that when a room is booked through sites like Expedia, hotels can pay up to 20% of the booking value in commission?
❤️ As an independent, family-run hotel, that's income we'd much rather invest back into what matters most: our team, our guests, and our local community.
📍 When you book direct with Mackays Hotel, more of your spend stays in Caithness. It helps us continue to support local suppliers, source local produce where possible, pay the Real Living Wage, and deliver the warm Highland hospitality we're known for.
😊 There are benefits for you, too. Booking direct means speaking directly with the team who'll be looking after you, making it easier to discuss special requests, changes to your stay, or anything else you need.
💰 You'll also have access to our best-value offers, including exclusive packages, dining options and added extras which are only available when booking direct.
👨👩👧👦 Whether you're arranging accommodation for yourself, family or friends, staff, contractors or visiting clients, we'd love it if you chose to book direct.
