Booking 2 customers holidays today to SPAIN... I joked as it was a friend and said good job we are not playing Spain tonight 😂

She then said her son was watching TV, Hubby cooking her tea all whilist I was booking her holiday thats the life.... 😂😂

Busy week for A&R Travel Agency with Inspire this week... Canaries booked, a Caribbean cruise booked... Other admin jobs done...

But do you know what's best the feeling when you tell a customer thats all booked for you and their reaction, Yes one booking has taken me extra time to sort and the supplier was having trouble with adding a discount code (not me an internal issue so would of happened regardless) but I kept pushing to get this sorted for my client, and yes we got there in the end without having a travel agent this would of been alot of extra stress, discomfort for the clients but with ongoing input for me we got it sorted... Did the holiday cost anymore than them booking direct??? NO....

So next time your thinking of booking your holiday remember how a travel agent can help you, and by booking with an Independent travel agent like myself, your supporting a small business, I don't get paid if people don't book so please think of me when booking your next holiday... 💜

When you wake up and there is a question off a customer that I could answer and put him at ease straight away, no waiting for any call centres or anything to open - This is the customer service I am so proud of giving!
