Calling all Cyclists. The 2027 Tour de France is coming to Cumbria.

2nd July 2027 – Stage 1 Finishes in Carlisle.

3rd July 2027 – Stage 2 Starts in Keswick.

Book your stay at Wallace Lane Farm, ideally situated to see the 1st two stages of this iconic cycle race. Just 30 minutes drive to see either stage.

Don’t leave the pedalling just to the pro’s why not cycle from the site to see both stages and whilst you’re here more cycling opportunities include:

· To the North explore a network of flattish quiet lanes including the Solway Firth coast.

· To the East the beautiful Eden Valley and beyond that (for the adventurous) the Pennines.

· To the South for all you hill climbers, challenging roads around the Northern Fells.

· Just a short drive away the Whinlatter Forest park with off road routes for all abilities.

· For something more sedate try the Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail (K2T).
