A PLEASE TAKE CARE NOTICE FOR EVERYONE VISITING THE PARK THIS SUMMER AND NEARBY NEW FOREST

This week’s devastating fire on the A31 and surrounding New Forest heathland is a serious reminder of how quickly fires can take hold and spread.

With the current hot, extremely dry conditions, the risk of fires is significantly higher - dry grass and heathland can ignite easily.

If you're staying at the park and spending time in the nearby countryside and New Forest please take extra care.

❌ No campfires
❌ No fire pits
❌ No charcoal BBQs
❌ No disposable BBQs
❌ Never drop cigarette ends or anything that could cause a fire
❌Do not leave litter especially glass that can cause fire

✅ Gas BBQs and gas camping stoves are permitted at our park (not in the New Forest) as long as they're kept off the ground and carefully monitored at all times

If you see a fire, move to a safe location and call 999 immediately.

We love our location and want everyone to enjoy it safely. Please follow the rules and take additional care at this time.

A little update for our park guests this summer 🌿
