Family Fest festival site and Meadows Campsite grounds are a little under water at the moment due to recent heavy rainfall and the River Stour bursting its bands and near record highs 🏞🌧

This is why we love our festival site and camping ground so much and how unique it makes us too, as well as having it take place in 12 acres of working farmland!

We'd like to say a thank you to everyone involved in the rescues of people, animals and supporting flooded businesses and homes including DW Fire Rescue and Wessex Rescue especially downstream near Northbourne and Iford.

Bookings for Meadows Camping are now open for the 2026 season ⛺️

Join us for the Wimborne Minster Folk Festival and Party in the Paddock weekend, Thursday 11th to Monday 15th June 2026 at The Meadows, Wimborne, Dorset - the closest campsite to all of the action across the weekend.

⛺️ Two, three or four-night camping pitches for tents, caravans or motorhomes for up to 5 people at Meadows Campsite (NEW FOR 2026)

🚿 Basic toilets and shower facilities for all campers to use across the duration of your stay at the campsite

🚗 Car park available, with all day parking just £5, on Friday 12th, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June 2026

Payment options include Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna (with the 3-month payment option available) as well as card.

Now operated by new management, Family Fest.

Family Fest Takes Over Management of Meadows Camping for Wimborne Minster Folk Festival 2026 ⛺️

Family Fest is delighted to announce that it will be taking over the management and operation of the Meadows Campsite during the Wimborne Folk Festival Weekend in 2026.

The collaboration between Family Fest and the Wimborne Folk Festival continues the tradition of community-led celebration that the town is famous for, while introducing fresh ideas and enhancements to the festival camping experience.

The Wimborne Folk Festival Takes place from Friday 12th June 2026 to Sunday 14th June 2026 with the campsite opening from Thursday 11th June 2026 to Monday 15th June 2026 ✨️🙌
