🚂 Behind the Scenes at the GWSR – A Full-Day Guided Experience 🚂

Ever wondered what really goes on behind the scenes at a heritage railway? Join us for an exclusive, small-group experience and enjoy a full day immersed in the GWSR.

Led by our friendly and knowledgeable volunteer guides, you’ll enjoy rare access to areas not normally open to the public, including:
• Our locomotive sheds
• The Carriage & Wagon works
• A working signal box, where you’ll see trains crossing in action
You’ll also travel the full length of the line behind both steam and heritage diesel traction, with expert commentary along the way. Where possible, you’ll be seated in First Class.
A ploughman’s lunch, plus tea, coffee and cake, is included — and you’ll leave with a certificate and keepsakes to remember your day.
