Community has always been at the heart of what we do here at The Cricketers. With this in mind, we’re incredibly proud to announce our sponsorship of Easton & Martyr Worthy Cricket Club for this season.

A village pub and a village cricket club — a partnership that just feels right.

This marks the beginning of what we hope will be a long and meaningful relationship, working together to celebrate local sport, support the club, and strengthen the connections that make our community so special.

We are delighted to be running the bar at this year’s annual Sixes Tournament on Friday 24th July 🍻🏏 — a brilliant event in the village calendar and one we’re very excited to be part of.

Good seasonal produce doesn’t just appear on a menu — it comes from people who know what they’re doing and care about doing it properly.

The New Forest Fruit Co is a family-run business supplying some of the finest seasonal fruit and vegetables from Hampshire and the surrounding countryside. We work with them for our asparagus in spring and our strawberries through the warmer months — both picked at their peak and delivered fresh.

What we respect most about them is their commitment to seasonality. When asparagus is in season, it’s truly exceptional. When it’s not, they don’t pretend otherwise. That honesty matters, and it shows in the quality of what arrives in our kitchen.

You’ll find their produce across our menu right now — from the asparagus, leek and spinach soup to the strawberries on our desserts. Simple, seasonal, and a genuine taste of Hampshire.
