Another before and after for you ✨ Bathroom Edition

We saw the potential in this slightly awkward space, a long, narrow bathroom with a standard bath/shower that felt dark and dated. By introducing bold tiles, rich colours, traditional panelling and a beautiful freestanding bath, we’ve completely transformed it into a space full of character and charm.

Oh, how we love a BEFORE & AFTER

Three years ago, we took over a traditional B&B in the Lake District and began redesigning and renovating it into what is now The Penn. A space that blends the timeless charm of the countryside with a younger, more modern style.

Warm colours, soft wooden panelling, and design-led tiles were all key elements in bringing the vision to life.
