Two privately owned Dog friendly holiday Lodges on the award winning Limefitt Park, Troutbeck, near Windermere in Lake District. Enclosed decking with lockable gates allow little ones and dogs to play safely outside. Many walks straight from the lodge. On-site traditional Inn and another Inn within 10 minutes walk. Childrens playground, picnic area, dog field and stream.

We now have very limited availability for summer and September in Hollybank Lodge. Plenty of dates available from October through to Christmas. Christmas and New year dates are now on the booking system.

Summer dates
31st July for 3 nights
31st August for 4 & 7 nights
4th September for 3 nights
25th September for 3 nights

Christmas 3 to 6 nights available leaving Sunday 27th December
New Year 3 & 4 night available leaving Saturday 2nd or Sunday 3rd January

Hollybank is a 2 bedroom, privately owned, dog friendly Lodge that sleeps 4. It is based in the beautiful Troutbeck Valley near Windermere in the Lake District. It has its own independent WiFi, is double glazed and has central heating.

We are starting to get busy around the popular dates. Book before its too late in our privately owned Hollybank Lodge based in the beautiful Troutbeck Valley near Windermere in the Lake District. The Lodge sleeps 4 plus an infant in a cot and 2 dogs stay free. It has a large deck with views of Troutbeck Village and Wansfell. It is central heated, double glazed and has free independent Wi-Fi.
