So the day has finally arrived……..Beckmead, Phil and I would like to say a big thank you to ALL our guests for your support over the last 52 years, it’s been a pleasure to host you all and I know my Auntie would say the same. It’s the end of an era but I am leaving with some wonderful memories of you all, Tilly xx

We have a very great & wonderful 5-day stay in Tilly’s house. The house is very spacious, can surely house eight adults. It is so nice that the pictures showed on the portal actually didn‘t do it justice! It looks much better in real life. All the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate two adults. Location is good, very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tilly is very responsive and helpful! The restaurant recommendations by Tilly are all superb! Highly recommended to other visitors, especially for those who travel in big group. Warmest regards, Anthony

Windermere has lots of choice when it comes to cafes but one of our favourites is Brew Room Windermere. Within easy walk of the house, why not pop along for breakfast or coffee and cake whilst your visiting 🥓🍳☕️🧁
