A great find in North Devon!

We stayed at the B&B for 4 nights and it was an excellent place to base ourselves in a peaceful location but with easy access to the main road. The owners Lucie and Simon we very helpful. Our room, with its own front door, was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and sofa, a fridge and TV. We had a good choice of breakfast to start to our day. This is a great base for exploring North West Devon. We will return.

An all round 'Five Star' experience!
Meadowland Farm is a quality B&B in a beautiful, rural, green and peaceful location. The welcome we received from our hosts for our three-day stay was warm and friendly, the accommodation was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and included everything that we needed, and the delicious breakfast with its locally-produced food was the best possible way to start each day. For us, there were no negatives on any front and our stay at Meadowland Farm was a totally delightful experience.

Hi All. Shepherd's Hut a real hit since we opened at beginning of July 🙂. B&B rooms in the house seem to be very busy also. This year's batch of weaners (OSB) growing fast and recent rain has brought some welcome grass for the sheep!
