If you've ever walked the north west section of the estate, you will have come across St Mary's church, built in 1743.

This wasn't the first church to be erected on the estate, and it has some unusual features not seen on many religious buildings.

The Atlas Cedar tree that sits at the bottom of our practice fairway is a particularly rare specimen, especially for this area of the world.

It is not the only interesting tree that we have on the estate, but where did they come from and why?

🌍 Happy Earth Day 🌍

We have some new residents on the estate - honeybees! 🐝

90% of the world's flowering plant species are dependent on insect pollination.

Bees are pollinators, as are birds and bats, and all of these are species live on the estate.

We have had some exceptional weather this week, with lots of whites, yellows and greens coming through on the trees to brighten up the estate. 🌳

Fly a drone overhead to see how they're doing! 🚁

We caught up with Mal who has been working long hours to help maintain the golf course during lockdown.

The course is looking stunning at the moment with many of our mature trees coming back to life for the summer season.
