**And just like that… the summer has drawn to a close.**
It feels like only a heartbeat ago that we were opening for the camping season at Brick Kiln, ready to welcome both familiar faces and new campers. Back then, the summer stretched out ahead of us – yet in what seems no time at all, another season has come to an end.

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful campers who stayed with us this year. Thank you for valuing the peace and quiet, and for kindly observing our few requests (we prefer not to call them rules!). Thank you too for your honesty and trust in the shop – it means so much.

We’ll reopen again for the **early May Bank Holiday 2026** and look forward to welcoming you back.

Until then, we wish you a happy, cosy autumn and winter ahead.

(Though I do get gently corrected by my Granddaughters, who’ve suggested we rename my road “Bunny Road”… No offence – we know they’re hares! 😄)

Brick Kiln is now closed for the Autumn/Winter months. A very sincere thank you to all your lovely campers for supporting us and staying here! Despite a belated start to the camping season due to the rain (and cold), we did have a busy time during the late summer months. We will reopen next year Thursday 1st May 2025 - if the weather is okay we MIGHT open a little earlier for Easter! Watch this space. Thank you again to you all and we look forward to welcoming you back next year. Txx
