Our third Cask Ale Week pairing keeps things proudly Suffolk: Green Jack Nightingale × Baron Bigod. 🍺🧀

Brewed in Lowestoft, Nightingale is a popular traditional bitter from the award-winning Green Jack Brewery, paired with Baron Bigod, the award-winning farmhouse cheese made at Fen Farm near Bungay.

The smooth bitter complements the cheese’s rich, earthy character, with the hops cleansing the palate between bites.

Available until tomorrow: four half-pints and four cheeses for £20 per person.
