The Annex By The Bain, is a luxury staycation set in the wonderful county of Lincolnshire, it comes with an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna . We are now open to all U.K. guests. See Air B and B , search Kirkby on Bain Ln10 6yl , the beautiful Edwardian village of Woodhall Spa is just 4 miles away.

We have just a few dates left in July/August and September, so as Fred Pontin used to say , book early, for the Autumn 2020 or 2021.

We are pleased to announce that from July 1 st 2020 we will reopen for holidays in the U.K.

The Annex By The Bain is located in the beautiful county of Lincolnshire , very near to the pretty Edwardian village of Woodhall Spa and just 20 miles from the stunning East Coast.

The property is luxurious and has its own indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. It is self contained with a high end fully equipped kitchen. It sleeps 2 and a small pet is welcome.

We hope by the time we open , the local village pub will be too. The Ebrington Arms is a must for good food and fine ales. The local takeaways and shops are all trading.

The Annex By The Bain is bookable via the air B and B platform for all emergency key workers who are on the frontline who need accommodation in Lincolnshire.
