OUR HEAD CHEF JORDAN IS PEDALLING TO PARIS! 🇫🇷🚴‍♂️

Starting tomorrow, our Head Chef Jordan is taking on an incredible challenge, he’s cycling all the way to Paris in support of the Royal British Legion.

After weeks of training, early mornings, and plenty of miles in the saddle, Jordan is ready to take on the journey. Even better, he’s doing it on a bike he picked up from Facebook Marketplace for just £150!

This challenge is all about raising money for a fantastic cause that supports serving and former members of the Armed Forces community and their families.

Every donation, big or small, will help Jordan reach his fundraising target and support the amazing work of the Royal British Legion.

Yesterday afternoon and into the evening we had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic wedding reception for a wonderful Mr & Mr celebration here at The Village Limits! 🎉

Our venue was beautifully dressed for the occasion, creating the perfect setting for family and friends to continue the celebrations after the big day. Guests enjoyed a delicious buffet, plenty of laughter, and our ever-popular “Pimp Your Prosecco” station, where everyone could create their own sparkling masterpiece with a selection of cordials, and liqueurs. 🥂

As the evening went on, the party really came to life with our disco floor, multiple disco lights, and a lively atmosphere that kept guests dancing and celebrating into the night. 💃🕺

Congratulations once again to the happy couple, and thank you for choosing The Village Limits to be part of your special day. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness together! 💙

FREE ENTRY FOR EVERYONE! 📣

We’re excited to announce that our 1940s Event on Saturday 11th July will be completely FREE to enter for everyone.

We’re putting together a fantastic day filled with live music, dancing, great food and drink, family entertainment, and plenty of vintage charm. We’ll be welcoming the wonderful Miss Sarah-Jane and the brilliant Smoke and Mirrors Swing Dance Group, alongside a BBQ, bar, Pimms & Prosecco, traditional games, Mr Whippy, and much more. 🎙️

We’d love to see as many of you as possible, whether you’re dressing up in your finest 1940s outfit or simply coming along to enjoy the atmosphere. 🎩🇬🇧

As you guys know something different is coming to The Village Limits.

We’ve never held anything like this before, and we’re putting everything into making it a day to remember. A proper 1940s celebration with live music, food, drinks, dancing and plenty going on all day. 🕺🏼💃

We’re also really lucky to have our good friend Nick Heywood involved. Most of you already know, when Nick gets behind something, he gives it everything to help make it rememberable. 😊

And yes… Nick The Streamer is back.

Get your 1940s gear ready. We’ve got a feeling this one will be talked about for a long time!

Step back in time and join us on Saturday 11th July at The Village Limits for a spectacular 1940s extravaganza!

Enjoy a full day of live music, dazzling swing dancers, delicious 1940s-themed BBQ prepared by our resident chef Jordan, assisted by Lenny, refreshing drinks, and classic Mr Whippy ice creams. Entertainment throughout the day is being organised by Nick Heywood, promising a fantastic atmosphere packed with vintage charm and fun. 💃🕺🏼

Visit our Pimm’s and Prosecco stand, where you’ll be able to “pimp up” your drink with a selection of delicious extras and garnishes. The bar will also be serving draught lagers and ales, alongside a fully stocked bottle bar. 🍻

There will also be traditional 1940s carnival games, including Hook-a-Duck and Tin Can Alley, with all proceeds going to local charities. Plus, competitions will be running throughout the day with fantastic prizes to be won, including for the best 1940s dressed! 👠

Dust off your vintage outfits, bring your dancing shoes, and get ready for a wonderful day of nostalgia, entertainment, and community spirit for all ages. 🎩

We are also proud to announce 20% of proceeds raised through this 1940s event will be donated to a charity supporting veterans, honouring those who have served while making a meaningful difference to their lives. 🇬🇧
