Our dining room has been looking extra special recently, dressed beautifully for an 80th birthday celebration 🎈

At The Village Limits, we’re able to host private events for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries and more. You and your guests can enjoy having the whole pub and restaurant to yourselves, with the option of a buffet or a sit-down meal.

We also have a dance floor and music, so there’s plenty of space to celebrate, dance and make lovely memories together.

A special visitor popped in to see us today… 🐾

Meet Hugo, who came to visit us today and completely stole the show! We love welcoming our four-legged guests, and Hugo certainly made plenty of new friends.

As a dog-friendly boutique pub, your furry companions are always welcome to join you for a visit. Whether you’re popping in for Sunday lunch, dinner or just to relax, there’s always a warm welcome waiting for both you and your dog.

What a fantastic way to end our 1940s Day on Saturday!

A huge thank you to Miss Sarah-Jane for entertaining everyone during our sold-out 1940s dinner. Her incredible voice and wonderful selection of wartime classics created a brilliant atmosphere, with guests singing along and enjoying every minute.

She was the perfect way to round off such a successful day, and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the event one to remember.

Thank you again, Miss Sarah-Jane. We hope to welcome you back to Village Limits again soon! 🇬🇧🎙️

What a weekend!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our 1940s event. The support has been absolutely incredible, and it truly felt like we were welcoming friends rather than customers.

From the fantastic entertainment by Miss Sarah-Jane to all of your lovely comments about the food, the whole day was one we’ll never forget.

Together, we also raised an amazing £560, which will be split between The Royal British Legion, supporting our head chef Jordan’s charity bike ride to Paris, and a donation to our local village.

David wanted to personally say thank you, so here’s a video of him talking about the success of the day and saying thank you.

What an afternoon!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us this afternoon. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. The place was absolutely packed from start to finish, and we’re over the moon with the support you’ve shown us.

We completely sold out of food by 3pm, which says it all! Thank you for your patience and understanding if you missed out.

We’re now closed for the rest of the evening, unless you’re joining us for our pre-booked 3-course 1940s dinner with the wonderful Sarah-Jane singing!

Thank you again to everyone who’s been part of today’s event. It’s been one to remember.

We honestly can’t thank everyone enough.

We weren’t quite expecting just how busy today would be, and it’s been brilliant seeing so many familiar faces (and plenty of new ones too!) enjoying our 1940s event!
