Have you heard how we got our name?

When Baroness Grace Weigall was searching for a countryside retreat, she fell in love with a quiet stretch of woodland in Woodhall Spa – affectionately calling it her "pet wood." And it stuck!

She went on to commission architect Frank Peck to transform that beloved spot into the grand house we know today, and over a century later, it's still welcoming guests through its doors.
