The first week renovating house 3 has been productive. Stripped out the top floor bedroom along with the lounge, built in cupboards, fireplace and the kitchen🔨🪚We are now off on a well deserved break for a couple of weeks but we will keep posting updates on our return 😀🌞

🎉 HUGE NEWS! Property Number Three is Ours! 🎉

We are officially the proud new owners of this 3-bed terrace in Leeds! This property marks a major milestone for us as we look to launch our first Serviced Accommodation project.

In just one year, my incredible wife, Lisa, and I have built a solid track record, achieving this success by fitting the work in around our day jobs, primarily during evenings and weekends.

And the secret to our efficiency? It’s all down to Lisa! She has completely self-taught herself everything—from plumbing and tiling to kitchen fitting, flooring, and carpentry. Her skills save us time and money on every project!

Follow our journey as we look to turn this house into a beautiful, SA unit. We’re excited to bring more high-quality accommodation to Leeds.

We've just finished our second property transformation, and the results are amazing. This success is entirely thanks to my incredible wife, Lisa, who has truly risen to the challenge. In the last year, she has self-taught and mastered plumbing, tiling, kitchen fitting, flooring, carpentry, and much more! We've achieved this proven track record of two completed projects, with our third property completing in the coming days, all through dedicated weekend and evening work around our existing commitments😀
