The Money Family, owners of Hope House for 11 generations, owned and operated glove making businesses in Woodstock. They supplied leather items such as riding gloves, boots, saddles and bridles to the Royal Family. In 1851 Elizabeth Money exhibited leather goods at the Great Exhibition. The original lead and gold leaf warrant can be seen at the museum in Woodstock
