Woolly Bear is our star attraction, who is best friends with almost everyone that meets him! Our shop is now an Amazon Counter, meaning you can have your Amazon parcels delivered here safely and conveniently for collection when it suits you.

We’ve also introduced a PayPoint terminal, allowing you to:
✅ Pay council tax, water bills and TV licences
✅ Top up gas and electric cards & keys
✅ Purchase mobile phone top-ups
✅ Buy gift vouchers for Netflix, Amazon, Xbox, PlayStation and more
✅ Make cash deposits (up to £300) with participating banks including Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Monzo*

Our shop is open to everyone – guests, local residents and visitors are all welcome.

As May Half Term comes to an end, what a week it has been! ☀️🌊

From fantastic weather and a park full of happy guests, to great food, drinks, entertainment and plenty of holiday memories being made, we’ve loved every minute.

Thank you to all our guests for spending your half term with us. Safe travels home, and we hope to see you again soon!

Last night definitely brought the full Bank Holiday buzz! 😅

With the park fully booked and a huge number of guests arriving at the same time, our kitchen was a little overwhelmed during the evening service last night. We know some of you waited longer than usual for our freshly cooked food, so thank you for your patience while the team worked incredibly hard behind the scenes.

The good news — we’ve regrouped and tonight’s service will run much smoother 💪🍔🍕

A quick reminder:
✨ Bar & food open from 12pm today
✨ Please arrive early to avoid disappointment finding a table
✨ Bingo tickets on sale from the bar from 5pm
✨ Bingo starts at 8pm — but tables were full by 7pm last night!
✨ If you’re sitting by the outdoor heated pool, please let the team know so we can serve your drinks appropriately
