FIRST YEAR..check ✔️

Today marks 365days in business and what a learning curve it's been...

The lows of the last year among others included the van trashed twice and a vehicle abandoned, the onset of which cost many man hours/hundreds£ in loses.

But the highs were high. Being a contender for one of the most in demand air bnbs in the area;

In the first 7months of trading Lilac Lodge, Woolacombe Heights had just 15nights unoccupied - a 93% occupancy rating! A stat I know i will find hard to meet again..but one that was so welcome in the initial start up period.

I have hosted both short and long holiday lets from 3 to 100 days and everything in between.

First year stats;
30 guest bookings
255 occupied nights
93% occupancy in first 7mnths
70% overall occupancy rating for the year

90% of my guests were truly amazing 👏

Everyones help has been invaluable; Huge THANK YOU to all my lovely guests, friends, supporters, maintenance tradies and wonderful cleaner.
