In 2023, Rebecca took a leap of faith that changed everything.

She transformed her Worcester city flat from a one-bedroom into a two-bedroom apartment and launched Worcester Breaks, unsure where the journey would lead.

Her very first booking came with a memorable challenge when guests accidentally locked themselves out at 11pm. It was a moment that taught her an important lesson: great short-stay accommodation isn't just about stylish interiors or perfectly folded towels. It's about being there when guests need you most and making every stay as smooth and stress-free as possible.

That guest-first approach quickly paid off, with five-star reviews confirming she was building something special.

By March 2024, Rebecca had expanded Worcester Breaks with the opening of The Mews, giving guests even more choice. Today, she personally manages every stay, whether it's a contractor looking for a comfortable base for several weeks or a family enjoying a weekend exploring Worcester.

From early morning changeovers to late-night messages, Rebecca is always thinking five steps ahead, taking care of the details so her guests can simply relax and enjoy their stay.
