Welcome to Birch Cottage

just outside of the Market town of Thornbury in the heart of the countryside is Birch Cottage Air bnb. A beautiful cottage with far reaching views over the river severn and wales.

The cottage has its own large driveway with large wooden gates for extra privacy and its own garden where you can sit and watch the world go by and say hello to the very friendly Swiss valais sheep and Louis and Humphrey the donkeys. The animals do love to welcome guests as they arrive.

The cottage is very private and an ideal place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life and kick back and relax.

Good WiFi is provided and a large 50inch smart tv that can be watched in every part of the property ideal for cosy nights in or take to the garden where you can enjoy beautiful sunset evenings with a glass of wine.

We provide as much as we think our guests would like with towels/ shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel.plenty of tea and coffee and a coffee machine with Costa coffee and Cadbury’s hot chocolate.

There are some lovely walks on the doorstep or you can explore the Cotswolds or take a trip over to wales which will take you just a 20 mins drive to the bridge which you can also see from the property

Bristol is also very close with its great shopping and lots more to discover and a walk across the suspension bridge is a must

A little closer to home is cribbs causeway which is 15mins drive which boasts a large shopping area lots of restaurants

The town of Thornbury is close with a 5 min drive to local shops supermarkets and restaurants and independent cafes and a trip to Thornbury castle is a must see
