One of the loveliest parts of what we do is getting to know our clients - and, over time, them getting to know us too!

Last night we had a lovely client over to hear all about their recent Disney family adventure… and they turned up with this gorgeous Fortnum & Mason hamper.

There’s a part of every holiday that nobody really talks about…

The excitement of choosing the destination is brilliant… but then come the emails, airline check-in, boarding passes, travel documents, luggage labels and making sure everything is ready before you leave home.

For many of our clients, that’s the bit they’re more than happy to hand over to us.

Where possible, we check clients in, prepare their boarding passes, organise their final travel documents and put together their Tailormade Escapes travel packs so everything is ready in one place.
