Y Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon). Historical sites such as Caernarfon Castle, Conwy Castle and Penrhyn Castle are only a short drive away. A must visit is to Zip World Penrhyn Quarry which is only 20 minutes away, where you can soar at speeds of up to 100mph on the world's fastest zip line. Only 6 minutes away you'll find GreenWood Family Park, voted the Best Family Attraction in North Wales - a forest adventure park full of action and excitement, for toddlers to grown-ups. Plas Menai (only 2 miles down the road) is The National Outdoor Centre for Wales and is the home of exciting outdoor adventures, where you can explore the wide range of water and land based activities for all ages and skills levels. Not only are we dog friendly, you will find 3 doggie friendly restaurants within walking distance. ‘Perfect location for us, we did lots of day trips to local beaches. A pub and café both with great food around the corner and a park with grass area for the kids too.

‘A wonderful Christmas was had in a beautiful warm and comfortable house. The finishing touches - a decorated Christmas tree, lots of foil baking trays and a lovely hamper complete with mulled wine - made for a really special stay, not just in a lovely house but from a host who went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed at this special time of the year.
