🥩 Juicy Sirloin Steak - Sourced from our reputable local butcher, this cut of steak is pan your preferred taste. Left to rest ensuring it is served succulent and tender.

🥔 English New Potatoes - Farm fresh new potatoes are boiled to perfection, offering a delightful balance of creamy texture and earthy goodness, topped with a k**b of English butter.

One of our guests favourite choices a beautifully baked salmon fillet, cooked *en papillote* to lock in its delicate flavours. 🍋🌿 Served with a silky crème fraîche, lemon & chive dressing, it was perfectly paired with buttered crushed potatoes, tender asparagus, and homegrown carrots.
