Wishing Wood Somerset

07/10/2026

We’ve been a little quiet on socials the last few days… but definitely not quiet behind the scenes 🌿✨

We’ve been busy exploring Wishing Wood, clearing forgotten paths and uncovering corners of the woodland that have been hidden away for years.

All in preparation for a brand-new project we’ve been working on… and it’s coming very soon 👀

We’re not giving too much away just yet, but there might be a little clue hiding in one of these photos… 🧚🍄🌳

Any guesses what we’re creating? ✨

C***r or cyder? That is the question…

Whichever way you spell it, you’re in the heart of Somerset c***r country when you stay at Wishing Wood.

From tiny local producers to traditional c***r farms and working mills, there are some brilliant places to visit just a short drive from the woods.

Spend the afternoon discovering proper Somerset c***r, then head back to Wishing Wood for an evening around the fire under the trees enjoying the days spoils
