Flo's Cottages - South Somerset Holiday homes with indoor pool On the edge of the picturesque village East Coker, Somerset. In a peaceful rural setting, yet only 2 miles from Yeovil, both provide a perfect home from home.

Flo's Cottages provide self catering accommodation in The Cottage, perfect for a family of 4 and The Little Stable, a little getaway for couples or those working locally. There is a private indoor pool available, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcome pack to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. THE COTTAGE sleeps up to 4 + 1 infant in 2 bedrooms. Ground floor accommodation with open p

lan kitchen and living area. Smart TV. Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower one bath. Unlimited WiFi, log burner with logs provided. An enclosed, terraced garden to the back with seating for 4, table, umbrella and BBQ. Sorry but no dogs. Please note there is a flight of steps from the parking area to the cottage, if you have limited mobility, please contact us before your stay as alternative parking is available.

I would never normally post about anything remotely political however this post, written by a friend and colleague really sums up how incredibly sad us holiday cottage owners are feeling after the latest budget. Many of us are legitimate small businesses who take pride in what we do and just love welcoming guests. Please take a moment to read it through

Nothing but the best in our welcome hampers! The wonderful Oliver Dowding takes such pride in his apple juice, cider and more, this award is thoroughly deserved and we’re thrilled for him - what an achievement!

If you’ve stayed in the autumn, you may well have seen Oliver in his trusty Land Rover collecting apples from our own orchard here 😁 and yes, if you’re into your no dig gardening he’s Charles’ brother 😉.

Much as I love the refurbished Little Stable I couldn’t help feeling it needed a splash of colour. A quick trip to B&Q 🪮 and a morning spent painting the kitchen’s now a bit more blue, admit I was slightly swayed by the name of the colour - Night Swim 😁.

Our Story

Welcome to our beautiful little bit of Somerset, the home of cider, The Wurzels and Glastonbury! Flo’s Cottages offer peaceful getaways in a rural (but not remote!) countryside setting on the edge of the picturesque village of East Coker, so gorgeous even T S Eliot wrote a poem by the same name. Holiday homes for 2 or 4 guests tucked away down a country lane with the Jurassic Coast, National Trust properties and a host of other days out within easy reach.

Indoor swimming pool, welcome goodies, White Company toiletries for all guests to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We sincerely hope you fall in love with our little bit of England.
