ing Arthur legends. Our Coach Houses are ideally located just two hours from London and an hour from Bath, Bristol and Exeter, with easy transfers from local airports and train stations. The Coach Houses are conveniently placed for a stay en route to Devon or Cornwall. Please ask for our pet policy and details on booking. Beyond BBQ, outdoor fire pit cooking is something quite special. The meat is butterflied, basted in a mix of herbs and oils and cooked on an Argentinian asado cross, over the flames. An authentic taste with a pleasingly theatrical element.

An amazing work of renovation in a Grade 1 building, which is now a pioneer of green building practices in historic properties.

The restoration of the court was done using traditional materials such as horse hair, lathe and plaster, lime mortar and traditional paints.

Stone from the estate’s own quarry was used for new or replacement stonework and estate grown seasoned oak for all woodwork and window repairs.
