Our new thyme roasted chicken supreme is a herby hit!

Eye-catching and full of summer flavour, this supreme cut of chicken sits on a bed of chickpeas, spinach and heritage carrots. Finished with a bright salsa Verde, the versatile sauce adds a salty and herby seasoning to the dish.
We mix dill, parsley, chives, shallots and capers with olive oil to elevate the chicken.

Succulent and moist after we roast it in thyme, the supreme cut of chicken (or suprême de voilaille as is the French term) uses the boneless, skin-on breast with the wing attached for maximum flavour. We always use local meat, with bigger birds provided better quality and better flavour.

A cosy dish for a summer's evening, and one which is sure to leave you pleasantly satisfied.
