Leading the one-day comedy festival announcement is headliner and stand-up comedy legends Russell Howard(Russell Howard’s Good News, Mock The Week) and surrealist stand up legend Ross Noble(Have I Got News For You, BBC Radio 4’s Just A Minute)

Joining them on the bill for the all-day festival is Edinburgh Comedy Award winning stand-up and presenter Russell Kane Irish stand-up and podcast sensation Joanne McNally (Taskmaster, My Therapist Ghosted Me), ‘Big Kick Energy’ podcaster and comedian Suzi Ruffell cult-stand up hero turned viral-sensation Jeff Innocent, ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ finalist and ‘Live at The Apollo’ star Nabil Abdulrashid and Barry From Watford the 82 year-old comic creation of Alex Lowe (Clinton Baptiste)

YORK, Now booking for 2026, minimum 3 night stays, inc Parking. Central location.

Number 10 is a one bedroom penthouse apartment, sleeps 2 in a king size bed with Emma mattress, the large double aspect living area with partial views of the Minster through the tree lined street in front, furnished predominantly from Barker & Stonehouse. All mod cons including dishwasher, washer, dryer, hairdryer, smart TV, towels and bedding.

Central York. Free allocated parking space in our courtyard, less than a 10 minute stroll to most of the top attractions, including York Minster, National Railway Museum, The Yorkshire Museum, Chocolate story, York dungeon to name a few and that’s not to mention all the independent shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and micro breweries.

Number 10 is located on Bootham Terrace, a quiet leafy backwater between the river Ouse and the bustling Bootham, close to Bootham bar and the Museum Gardens. We are also just steps away from restaurants, bars and shops. The Churchhill over the road serves great food and drinks in its fantastic outdoor gardens with undercover seating and igloo pods in winter, also over the road is a fab deli called Dough with artisan takeaway delights. Other close by options are Roots restaurant, this is local chef Tommy Banks place, he’s a multiple Michelin star chef who’s restaurant was voted the best on earth! Also less pricey but still very classy is the Star Inn the city located on the riverbank next to Lendal bridge. I could go on!

Number 10 is on the second (Top) floor and accessible via two flights of stairs and so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, the building doesn’t allow dogs, not even well behaved ones I’m afraid, a question we get asked more than any other, sorry! This is beyond our control and down to the building lease conditions.

We don’t have a website as we are selective who we advertise to. We offer 3 night minimum stays due to cleaning and laundry costs. Prices start at £379.

3 night stays, Friday to Monday
4 night stays, Monday to Friday
7 night stays Friday to Friday
Bank holidays, race days, Christmas market stays may be slightly more.

No sneaky extras, our price includes cleaning, laundry, wifi and parking, I think a saving getting on for around £20 per 24hrs? Not only is our parking space free but it’s in our private allocated space in our courtyard.

Availability and can be taken as 3, 4 or 7night breaks.
