Haggis from the local butcher veg straight from a farmer in the village, proper local produce, no fuss, just quality ingredients.
Neaps, tatties, haggis, a splash of whisky sauce and a dash of malt vinegar. Nothing fancy on the plate, nothing “Instagram pretty”… but honestly, it’s one of the tastiest meals going.
Staying in our luxury cottages makes it even easier, simple, comforting food you can cook with ease while supporting local suppliers, farmers and producers at the same time.
