Our trailer can safely seat 30 passengers and is weatherproof with seatbelts.

AM route - £10 per seat and £5 for children under 12

PM route - £10 per seat and £5 for children under 12

Tickets on sale now and are on a first come first served basis. These tickets are payable on booking and are none refundable.

📍 Around Sutton-on-the-Forest (20–25 minutes on foot from site)

A lovely circular route around the edge of the historic Sutton Park Estate, with mature woodland, wildlife and the chance to stop at Miss Daisy’s Tea Room for refreshments. Guests regularly recommend this route for a relaxed afternoon stroll.

The network of public footpaths and bridleways surrounding Huby, Stillington and Sutton-on-the-Forest allows you to create longer countryside walks through the beautiful Vale of York, with plenty of wildlife and panoramic rural views along the way.

🐾 Dogs are welcome on many local paths, making Oxclose Farm an ideal base for walkers and four-legged explorers alike.

Good morning everyone, we have spaces available in the coming weeks on our lovely adults only south facing site. We are perfectly situated to visit York with hourly buses picking up at our gate. There is lots of places to visit in York, not to mention the hundreds of bars and restaurants, or just chill out on our site, we have free WiFi that actually works and we sit on the edge of our well served village of Huby with great licenced shop and two pub/restaurants. Lots of sunshine in the forecast and we still have availability this weekend and Bank holiday weekend here at Oxclose Farm. Beautiful south facing grass pitches, adults only, we offer a great base for discovering York and surrounding area. Walking distance to two village pubs/restaurants and well stocked village shop.
