Hello!
I'm Beth and have a lovely smallholding near Flaxton, north of York. I'm offering 20% off bookings made on any my 5 bell tents during October - dates can be any time during 2026/2027. This is based on the RRP of £180 for two nights. Tents sleep 2 as standard and can sleep up to 4 guests.
We also host caravans, campervans, motorhomes and well as people wanting to bring their own tents, where you're able to book electric or non-electric hook ups. We have a lovely new amenity block with loos, showers, kitchenette and a wonderful infrared sauna. We have chickens, lambs and two gorgeous puppies which guests love! We love cooking guests pizza and provide all sorts of other fun items such as firepits with "Yorkshire s'mores", personal bbqs, ice creams, free range eggs and more...
We also store caravans here and are happy to store your motorhome or campervan too.
We recently purchased an infrared sauna which guests are able to book and non-residents are also welcome to book too. Infrared saunas provide all of the benefits of traditional saunas however in addition the wave length can be varied to target specific ailments such as stress, fatique, sleep, soft tissue and muscle. We're doing a special offer of £20 for 30 minutes (rather than 20 minutes as shown on the website) so for two sharing it's just £10 each for some serious relaxation.

Gosh! Look who’s in York!

Just had quite possibly the nicest table of guests in so far this year. Polite, engaging, remembered all the staff names. Always a pleasure to showcase the Whippet to lovely guests.

It was made even better that one of them was this big guy, not the the one that looks like , the other one - that’s actually THE Jason Momoa Man.
