The City Escape, York: our gorgeous self-catering holiday home in the centre of York. A luxury 5-star Victorian Townhouse located in the centre of York, and just a 10-minute walk to the steps of the Minster, The City Escape is located on a quiet residential road accessed directly off Bootham and within a 5-minute walk of York railway station.

Stunning accommodation sleeping up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (3 king-size and 2 single beds) plus a cot bed. Features include WiFi, 2 smart TVs with complimentary Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, DAB radio, parking, and a south-facing patio garden.

Gosh! Look who’s in York!

Just had quite possibly the nicest table of guests in so far this year. Polite, engaging, remembered all the staff names. Always a pleasure to showcase the Whippet to lovely guests.

It was made even better that one of them was this big guy, not the the one that looks like , the other one - that’s actually THE Jason Momoa Man.
