🪶This beautiful Sparrowhawk reminded me today of how important it is to put out water for the wildlife around our park.

If you're on-site, please consider popping out a shallow dish of water, it would make a real difference in this extremely warm weather.

⚠️ Power Outage Notice ⚠️

We’ve been informed at short notice of planned Northern Powergrid works in Askham Bryan village tomorrow, with a possible power interruption from 9am until lunchtime affecting parts of the village.

Although we’ve not yet had confirmation that our business/properties will be affected on Askham Bryan Lane, we are making contingency plans in case of disruption to power and water supplies (we are on a private water system).

We kindly recommend guests:
• Fill any water containers in advance
• Use facilities this evening or early tomorrow morning where possible
• Switch to gas appliances if able

Free drinking water will be available at reception. 💦
