Avondale Guest House York Avondale Guest House is now closed, Wendy and I have retired. We thank all our wonderful guests over the years, we have been blessed.

Good bye everyone its been fabulous. Avondale Guest House is a lovely Victorian home on Bishopthorpe Raod close to the centre of the wonderful city of York. A highly rated Guest House, Avondale gained a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor in May 2014 and guest accommodations awards from EnjoyEngland. We take pride in our friendliness and informality. Our en suite rooms are spotlessly clean

and offer every comfort including a very well stocked hospitality tray. Owned and managed by myself Carole Kaleda, I look forward to welcoming you to my home. Myself and my lovely lady, Wendy would like to thank all our wonderful guests for their fabulous and encouraging messages during this time, we love you all. We are delighted to let you know that we are busy preparing the Avondale to ensure you feel safe to visit us again soon, we are planning to open the doors again from Friday 10th July.
