Earn Additional Income with Buy-to-Let
Your lodge can work for you when you’re not using it.

If you’re looking to generate additional income or offset some of your ownership costs, a fully managed subletting service is available through an experienced third-party operator.

From marketing and bookings to guest management and changeovers, everything is handled independently and professionally — allowing you to benefit from rental income without the day-to-day involvement.

If you’d like to explore this option, we can introduce you to the specialist provider, who will guide you through the process directly and outline the terms available.

Choosing the right park. The first step is to choose which of our parks you’d like to own a holiday home on.

Think about which one suits how you like to spend your holidays, and the amount of time you’re willing to travel from home to get there.

If you’re a keen golfer, then Allerthorpe could be the perfect choice. Fishing enthusiasts may prefer the well-stocked lakes at Brickyard. Perhaps you’re looking for something more rural like Moor Valley, the space and events setting at Galtres, coastal access at Wild Rose, or the established surroundings of Vale of York, Manor Park or Malton Grange.

Whatever your lifestyle, Prestige Country Parks offers a collection of carefully selected parks across Yorkshire, each with its own unique setting and character.
