Close to stunning local attractions such as World Heritage site Fountains Abbey and the historical city of York, there is plenty to enjoy while you stay with us.

We are currently closed for refurbishment.

We are in the process of changing our business and will reopen as a 2 bedroomed self catering holiday cottage.

We would like to thank all of our guests for some wonderful years welcoming you to our Bed and Breakfast, & we hope you may consider us for a stay with us again in our new venture.
