In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of yin, linked to the kidneys — the source of our life force and vitality.
It is a time to slow down, conserve energy, and restore our natural balance.
This is the magical place where you can retreat and rebalance your energies and further stay warm and cosy.
