🌊 Aldwark Crew made a HUGE splash at Challenge 26! 🌊

What an incredible weekend at Central Yorkshire Scouts County Camp!

Our amazing Aldwark Crew gave over 2,000 Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers the chance to have a go at paddleboarding – creating smiles, building confidence and making memories on the water.

From helping set up the pool to transporting all the kit on and off site, our volunteers worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen. Their hard work, enthusiasm and teamwork were nothing short of outstanding! 💪👏

To top it all off, the team had the honour of presenting our brand-new camp badges to Chief Scout, Dwayne Fields during his visit to camp.

A massive thank you to every member of the Aldwark Crew – you absolutely smashed it! 🚣‍♀️💙

What a brilliant day! 🎉

This afternoon we proudly opened our newly refurbished toilet block, and it was so special to share the moment with former crew members and duty managers who joined us for the celebration. Thank you to everyone who joined us.

A big highlight was inviting Ted and Teddy to cut the ribbon ✂️🎀 Ted has led the refurbishment project group and dedicated countless hours to bringing everything together & Teddy, our youngest crew member.

We’re incredibly proud of the new block and can’t wait to welcome all our groups back for the upcoming season! 🛶⛺️
