☀️🎶 SUNDAY GARDEN SESSIONS ARE BACK! 🎶☀️

This Sunday we're welcoming Acoustic Animals to the beer garden from 5–7pm for another of our summer Garden Sessions.

Come and settle into the garden with a drink, enjoy a couple of hours of live acoustic music, and make the most of the summer evening while we've still got them.

Then, when the music finishes at 7pm, the evening carries on inside with Redtooth Poker. £10 buy-in, friendly tables, and everyone is welcome to join in.

Start the week with Dan Webster & Emily Lawler as they host another Open Acoustic Session tonight from 8:30pm.

It's a relaxed night where musicians can come together, share a few songs, join in with others, and see where the evening takes them. You don't have to play either. Grab a drink, find yourself a spot, and enjoy some fantastic local talent.

Another week is underway, and we've got plenty lined up to keep you entertained. From our regular live music nights and Thursday quiz to another Sunday afternoon in the garden, there's always a reason to pop in.

🎤 Monday – Open Acoustic Session (8:30pm)
Dan Webster & Emily Lawler host another relaxed evening of live music, bringing together local musicians, familiar faces, and anyone who fancies joining in. Bring an instrument and get involved, or grab a pint and enjoy whatever the evening brings.

🎶 Wednesday – Blues Collective (8pm)
Martin Ledger & friends return for another night of live blues. Expect great musicianship, plenty of collaboration, and that laid-back atmosphere that's made Blues Collective a firm part of our Wednesday nights.

🧠 Thursday – The Gillygate Quiz (7pm)
Time to put all those random bits of knowledge to use! Gather your team for our old-school pen-and-paper quiz, with plenty of head-scratching, friendly rivalry, and laughs along the way.

🎸 Friday – Live Music: Bob Flemming (9–11pm)
Bob Flemming takes to the Gillygate stage this Friday for another evening of live music. Settle in with a pint, bring some friends, and enjoy a couple of hours of great tunes and that relaxed Friday night atmosphere we love around here.

☀️♠️ Sunday – Garden Sessions & Redtooth Poker
Our Sunday Garden Sessions continue with Acoustic Animals joining us in the beer garden from 5–7pm. Come and enjoy a couple of hours of live acoustic music, hopefully with a bit of sunshine, and make the most of the last few summer Sundays.

Then from 7pm, Redtooth Poker gets underway inside. £10 buy-in, friendly tables, and everyone is welcome to get involved.

This Friday we're welcoming Amy & Rob to The Gillygate for the very first time!

They'll be bringing an eclectic mix of 90s covers with a Celtic twist, taking plenty of familiar favourites and putting their own distinctive spin on them.

If you fancy a bit of 90s nostalgia with something a little different thrown into the mix, this should be a cracking Friday night.
