"შატო ივერი"-ის საოჯახო ვენახები მდებარეობს საქართველოს ულამაზეს მხარეში, აჭარაში, ქედის მუნიციპალიტეტის სოფელ ვარჯანისში, ქალაქ ბათუმიდან 50 კმ დაშორებით, აჭარისწყლის ხეობაში, სადაც ყურძნის წარმოებისათვის უნიკალური
პირობებია. ეს ადგილი ზღვის დონიდან 500 მეტრზე მდებაროებს, მზის ინტენსივობა მაღალია. რელიეფის, მიკროკლიმატისა და ნიადაგის ერთობლიობა კარგ პირობებს ქმნის მაღალხარისხიანი საოჯახო ღვინის წარმოებისთვის.
ერთ ჰექტრამდე მიწის ნაკვეთზე გაშენებულია ცოლიკოურის, ჩხავერისა და საწურის სანიმუშო ვენახები, ასევე, მცირე რაოდენობით 10-ზე მეტი დასახელების ვაზის ენდემური ჯიში. ჩვენს ოჯახს ღვინის წარმოების საუკუნოვანი გამოცდილება და ტრადიციები აქვს. ჩვენი მიწის ნაკვეთში ნაპოვნია ძველი ქვევრები, რაც მიანიშნებს, რომ აქ ვაზის კულტურა უხსოვარი დროიდან არსებობდა.
მრავალი წლის განმავლობაში ჩვენმა ოჯახმა განავითარა მეღვინეობის ტრადიციები. ახლა კი მაღალი ხარისხის საოჯახო ცოლიკოურის, ჩხავერის და საწურის ეკოლოგიურად სუფთა, უნიკალურ ღვინოს ვაწარმოებთ ,,შატო ივერი“-ს სახელწოდებით, ღვინის მცირე საწარმოში, ბოთლში ჩამოსხმით.
შატოში ტარდება რთველი ღონისძიება ოქტომბრის და ნოემბრის პერიოდში. სადაც ჩვენს სტუმრებს შეუძლიათ მიიღონ მონაწილეობა ყურძნის დაკრეფაში, ღვინის დაწურვაში, რთველის ღონისძიების დროს იშლება ტრადიციული სუფრა, გვყავს თამადა, სტუმრები ესწრებიან ტრადიციული კერძების დამზადების პროცესს, იღებენ მონაწილეობას ცეკვაში და სიმღერაში.
