Your chalet, where you are the only guests, has 6 rooms furnished with high-quality furniture. One of them is the presidential suite, with its own sauna, offering a magnificent view from the private terrace overlooking the entire city. In addition to the dining area and the relaxation area with a cozy fireplace, there is also a huge living room where we offer guests various entertainments.

The ski lift with slopes is just a few minutes’ drive from the chalet and is ideal for families with young children or beginners. And for those who want to ride on challenging routes, we provide the Heli Ski service.

These towers in the photo are called Svan towers, they are a landmark of this region and their origin is believed to date back to prehistoric times 🤯

These towers are actually houses! The bottom floors serve as houses and the top floors are defensive dwellings. They are inhabited to this day and a few still stand, decorating the skyline of Mestia. The village of Ushguli nearby has 200 of these towers - making the village a UNESCO heritage site 💛
