It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Adjara Group founder Temur Ugulava at the age of 56, surrounded by his family.

Temur's contribution to modern Georgia was remarkable. He created projects that transformed not only the country's hospitality industry, but also its cultural and social landscape.

For years, Adjara Groupโ€™s every brand was shaped by Temur's ideas, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. His vision was to create unique, inspiring, and accessible spaces where everyone, be it a local or an international visitor, could feel welcome and find a sense of belonging.

He deeply believed in the uniqueness of Georgia and wanted as many people as possible to discover our country, its culture, its people, its nature, and its potential. Through the projects he created, thousands of people got to know and fall in love with Georgia.

Our grief is immeasurable, and today it is difficult for us to speak about him in the past. Yet one thing we know for certain: the entire Adjara Group team will do everything in our power to preserve his legacy, continue the work he started, and carry forward the vision he believed in.
