If you are traveling to Georgia, you've most likely heard about KHACHAPURI. Cheese bread that we are so proud of. But this post is about Adcharian Khachapuri or Acharuli.

Acharuli is the one where dough is formed into an open boat shape and is topped with a raw egg and butter before serving. Originally coming from Adjara, which is seaside region, it has a form of boat from the black sea – and egg over it is the symbol of the sun going down in the sea.
Trust me, if you are a cheese lover it's one of the best meals you will ever have.

Rezo Gabriadze Marionette Theatre is the first puppet theatre in Tbilisi. Throughout its existence more than 30 years, the theatre has managed to get great reviews not only in the homeland, but in other cities - Edingburgh, New York, Toronto, Dresden.
The theatre holds 80 spectator seats and gives only 4 performances, but it doesn't make the place less preferable among locals and city visitors.

There is one interesting thing about the theater - every day at noon on the tower you'll can see a puppet performance.

Oh, almost forgot... when you are there make sure to visit Gabriadze Cafe as well! And have one of their teas. Soo good!

Tbilisi’s Old Town (Georgian: ძველი თბილისი) is renowned for its picturesque pastel colored wooden and traditional brick houses with open, carved balconies. The houses are mainly 19th century as much of the city was destroyed by the devastating Persian invasion of 1795.
