Two new bathrooms/toilets constructed at second floor

This hostel consist of 14 rooms (with room no. 3 been partitioned as 3a and 3b). Ground floor consist of Kitchen and Eating space and also a medium sized yard. First, second and third floors consist of all 14 rooms. This building is just 7 years old construction and altered exactly like G.C.C. specifications. Balcony views from third floor are beautiful and one can see the entire Tbilisi from new hostel balconies. This building is centrally heated. First floor consist of Two Toilets/Bathrooms and at the yard there are three more. Second floor consist of Three Toilets / Bathrooms and 3rd floor consist of Two Toilets/Bathrooms. From New hostel to TSMU campus will take approximately 15-18 minutes by walk, whereas from TSMU campus to New hostel will take 20 - 25 minutes by walk due to mild steep roads. There will be AUDI car Transportation from 8 AM to 9 PM for the hostel residents, so they dont have to walk to University. New hostel is located at Gazapkhuli Street (No.32), which is one of the most prestigious high end residential street in Tbilisi. This Hostel also has ATTACHED PUBLIC GROUND, which could be used for jogging / basketball / shuttle, etc). It is also nearby to the main metro station of DELISI. This hostel has CCTV and also an emergency button, pressing which the security authorities will come in minutes.

This building is constructed 20 years before and so the name OLD HOSTEL. During July- September 2017, extensive renovation works are done and practically everything is new in this hostel. Balcony views from third floor are beautiful and one can see part of Tbilisi from old hostel balconies. This building is centrally heated. First floor consist of two toilet/bathrooms and additional 6 toilet/bathrooms backside. Second floor has One toilet/bathroom and third floor has two toilet/bathrooms. From Old hostel to TSMU campus will take approximately 10 minutes by walk, whereas from TSMU campus to Old hostel will take 15 minutes by walk due to mild steep roads. Old hostel is located at I.Jabashvili Street (House No.36), which is a normal residential street in Tbilisi. It is also just 10 minutes by walk to the main metro station of DELISI. No public transport is available between Old hostel and TSMU campus, and students prefer to walk as it is much closer to university campus compared to New Hostel
