შარშან ამ დროს, სასტუმრო ტელეგრაფის კარი პირველად გავაღეთ. ეს იყო ახალი გამოცდილება “სილქ ჰოსფითალითისთვის“ და ზოგადად ქალაქისთვის.
პირველი სტუმრების მიღებამდე იყო დაუღალავი შრომა, უმცირეს დეტალებზე ზრუნვა, გრძელი დღეები და საერთო ხედვა - ქალაქის ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე გამორჩეული შენობისთვის ახალი სიცოცხლე შეგვეძინა.
პირველივე წელს სასტუმრო ტელეგრაფი გახდა რეგიონში პირველი სასტუმრო, რომელიც The Leading Hotels of the World-ს შეუერთდა, მოიპოვა 2 მიშლენის გასაღები, Prix Versailles-ის მიერ დასახელდა მსოფლიოს ყველაზე ლამაზ სასტუმროებს შორის და საერთაშორისო აღიარება მიიღო ისეთი გამოცემებისგან, როგორებიცაა Wallpaper*, Forbes, The Telegraph, Condé Nast Traveller, Monocle, Elle Decor, Evening Standard, City A.M., The Travel Magazine და სხვა.
ისტორიული ფოსტისა და ტელეგრაფის შენობიდან თბილისის ახალ კულტურულ ღირსშესანიშნაობამდე, ასე დაიწყო ეს ისტორია.

Last year on this day, we opened the doors to The Telegraph Hotel, a new chapter for Silk Hospitality and for Tbilisi.
Before the first guests arrived, there were countless details, long days, final touches and a shared vision - to bring one of the city’s most iconic buildings back to life.

From a historic post and telegraph building to a new cultural landmark in the heart of Tbilisi - this is how the story began.
