2019 წლის 2 - 8 ივნისს საქართველოში ვიზიტით იმყოფებოდა უკრაინის დელეგაცია, რომლის შემადგენლობაში შედიოდნენ უკრაინის ლუგანსკისა და დონეცკის ოლქების ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის, სამოქალაქო სექტორისა და უკრაინის გაეროს განვითარების პროგრამის (UNDP) წარმომადგენლები.
უკრაინის დელეგაცია ეწვია გორისა და ზუგდიდის მუნიციპალიტეტებს, სადაც შეხვდა მუნიციპალიტეტების გენდერული თანასწორობის საბჭოს წევრებს, ასევე მოინახულა გამყოფ ხაზთან მდებარე სოფლები.
შეხვედრები ასევე ჩატარდა საქართველოს პარლამენტში და თბილისის საკრებულოში, სადაც უკრაინის დელეგაციის წევრებს შეხვდნენ გენდერული თანასწორობის საბჭოს წევრები.
გამართული შეხვედრები დიალოგის რეჟიმში წარიმართა, რომელზეც შეხვედრის მონაწილეებმა სამოქმედო გეგმის ეფექტურად
შესრულებაზე, გენდერული თანასწორობის, ქალთა უფლებების, ეროვნული და საერთაშორისო ვალდებულებების, გენდერული ბიუჯეტირებისა და სტატისტიკის საკითხებზე ისაუბრეს. სტუმრებმა მათთვის ყველა საჭირო კითხვაზე ამომწურავი პასუხები მიიღეს.
სექტორ 3-ში კი უკრაინის დელეგაციის წევრებს CEDAW-ს, GREVIO-სა და ECRI- ს კომიტეტების წევრები - ლიკა ნადარაია, ლადო მკერვალიშვილი და ელენე რუსეცკაია შეხვდნენ.
უკრაინელ კოლეგებს შეხვედრაზე გენდერული პოლიტიკის საკითხებზე, საერთაშორისო მექანიზმების, კომიტეტების მუშაობის მექანიზმებსა და ამ მიმართულებით საქართველოში არსებულ მდგომარეობაზე გაუზიარეს გამოცდილება.
უკრაინის დელეგაციამ მოინახულა დევნილთა კომპაქტური დასახლება წეროვანში და დევნილ ქალთა სოციალური საწარმო „იკართო“, შეხვდა საქველმოქმედო ჰუმანიტარული ცენტრის "აფხაზეთის" წევრებს. ორგანიზაციის აღმასრულებელმა დირექტორმა ნუკრი მილორავამ და პროგრამული მიმართულებების მენეჯერებმა უკრაინელ სტუმრებს საკუთარი გამოცდილება გაუზიარეს, რომელიც ცენტრმა "აფხაზეთმა" 24 წლიანი არსებობის მანძილზე მოწყვლად ჯგუფებთან მუშაობით დააგროვა.
დელეგაცია შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს ადამიანის უფლებათა დაცვისა და გამოძიების ხარისხის მონიტორინგის დეპარტამენტის წარმომადგენლებს შეხვდა.
ვიზიტი არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაციების „ქალთა საინფორმაციო ცენტრისა“ და იგპ ქალთა ასოციაცია „თანხმობის“ ორგანიზებით, უკრაინის გაეროს განვითარების პროგრამის (UNDP) ინიციატივით გაიმართა.
On June 2-8, 2019 Ukrainian delegation, which includes the representatives of the Ukrainian local self-government, civil-society sector and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), visited Georgia. The aim of the study visit is to share experience of Georgia in different directions such localization of UNSCR 1325, Gender Politics, Gender Budgeting and etc.
In the framework of the study visit meetings were organized with different stakeholders. During the first three days of the visit, Ukrainian delegation met with different local and international NGOs working on IDP issues in Imereti region. Also, the meeting was held with local authorities, including municipality, local representation of IDP department, 1325 working group, Gender Equality Council of Zugdidi municipality.
On May 6th, Women’s Information Center(WIC) organized a meeting between Ukrainian delegation and members of Gender Equality Council of the Parliament of Georgia. The delegation got familiarized with the history and composition of the Gender Equality Council, main tasks of 2018-2020Gender Equality Action Plan, Issues of cooperation with local NGOs and international organizations, steps taken in the direction of gender analysis of legislation, increased supervisory functions of Parliament in accordance with constitutional amendments and new regulations and mechanisms for their implementation. On the same day WIC organized another meeting with local authorities and members of Gender Equality Council of Tbilisi Municipality, where effective implementation of the Gender Equality Action Plan, the issues such as gender equality, women's rights, national and international obligations, gender budgeting and statistics were discussed.
On May 7th the delegation visited IDP settlement of Tserovani. Another meeting was held with the representatives of international committees such as CEDAW, GREVIO, ECRI. On the last day of the study visit Ukrainian delegation will meet with the authorities of Ministry of Internal affairs of Georgia, where the mechanisms of the Ministry for combating violence against women will be discussed.
The visit was organized by Women’s Information Center and IPD association Consent in cooperation with Ukrainian UNDP.
