A. Requirement[s]
Age: 25 – 40yrs [Twenty Five – Forty Years]
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree / Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Hospitality Management or Selling and Sales Management or related field of endeavor
Experience: 2-5yrs [Two – Five Years] experience in sales, marketing or hospitality business.
Language: fluent in English and at least one local Ghanaian language. Good French will be a great advantage.
Travel: willingness to travel extensively throughout Ghana and even beyond its frontiers for purposes of business engagement and other transactions
Communication: excellent in verbal, written communication skills and articulate well in negotiation. He /She must be capable of developing business proposals and contractual agreements.
Interpersonal: Must have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with everyone.
Technical: Computer literate especially proficiency in Microsoft office and Google suite.
B. Specifications
Job Purpose: Identify and convert potential clients into heavy guests promoting the hotels modern facilities and quality service delivery
Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]: Meet or exceed monthly sales, increase, brand visibility and expand the hotel’s customer base.
Territory: Entire country of Ghana with a focus on key cities and towns
Target Audience: Corporate Bodies, Government Institution, Sporting Clubs, Political Parties, [International] NGOs, Entertainment and other social events organizers
Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement tailored marketing plans, Leveraging Social Media, E-Marketing/Business, and Digital Marketing and In-Person Sales [calls].

D. Salary Structure
Basic Salary: Ghc4.500. 00 – Ghc6.000.00 per month [Approximately] $750 – $1.000.00
Commission: 10% - 15% of total sales generated per month
Allowance:
Transport: Ghc1.000.00 – Ghc2.000.00 per month [approximately] $167.00 - $333.00
Accommodation: Ghc1.500.00 – Ghc3.000.00 [for overnight stays during business trips
Meal: Ghc50.00 – Ghc100.00 per day [approximately] $8.00 - $17.00 for meals during business trips

E. Performance – Based Incentives
Sales Target: Achieving monthly sales targets will trigger additional incentives such as:
Bonus: 5% - 10% of total sales generated per month
Recognition: Public recognition and awards for outstanding performance
Customer Acquisition: Acquiring new customers will trigger incentives such as:
Commission: 10% - 15% of total sales generated from new customers
Bonus: 2% - 5% of total sales generated from new customers
